Own your shit

>> Tzegha Kibrom and I invite you to a series of Transparent Dialogues <<

How can we engage together with racism, discrimination, hierarchies, and privilege? Where are we entangled? What sustains us when what we know no longer supports us?

The Transparent Dialogue offers a moderated, safe space in which relational encounters can take place.

The closer we come to life, the more the unnameable becomes a part of us.

Only those who digest can absorb new things. I invite you to participate in a weekly meditation practice that will give you space to delve deeper into life, process it, and integrate it.

The online meditation group is open to everyone and accessible at any time.

In this 6-part workshop, we invite you to question your relationship to death, grief, and the colonial structures of our society.

This workshop is for anyone who is ready to go deeper and learn how we can take responsibility for life and the transformation of our world.

Meditation practice
EVERY MONDAY from 8:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. (free & online)

I invite you to join me in discovering a regular meditation practice that is deeply connected to yourself and the present moment.

In this weekly online session we use the powerful practice of mindfulness.

Understanding meditation as a space for deep, integrative learning—a space in which we can experience life in all its diverse nuances. This isn't just about remaining in silence, but also about consciously integrating your experiences and listening to your body and mind. In our sessions, we use the breath and conscious awareness of body, thoughts, emotions, and silence to synchronize ourselves. It's a space to restore inner balance and develop greater self-awareness.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced meditator, you're welcome to join me on this journey. Come as you are and allow yourself to grow and heal at your own pace.

"Own your shit"

Own Your Shit – 6-part workshop: Decolonizing, death, grief, and responsibility.

In this 6-part workshop, we invite you to question your relationship to death, grief, and the colonial structures of our society.

"Own Your Shit" means taking responsibility for our own lives, our ways of thinking, and the world we live in. It's about decolonizing the narratives and structures of Western modernity and examining our own shadow issues—both individual and societal—honestly and with compassion.

Workshop program: “Own your shit”

  • Part 1: Recognizing the Shadows of Modernity – A Journey into the Colonial Roots of Our Culture.

  • Part 2: Grief as a transformative force – How death can lead us to healing and change.

  • Part 3: Taking responsibility – Accepting your own "shit" and using it as valuable compost.

  • Part 4: Demystifying death – looking at dying and living from a decolonial perspective.

  • Part 5: Collective healing through responsibility – communities and relationships in their complex interweaving.

  • Part 6: Living Transformation – How we can let go of old narratives and develop a new practice of being.

Let's question the old structures together and stand up for our own responsibility with compassion and clarity. This workshop is for everyone who is ready to go deeper and learn how we can take responsibility for our lives and the transformation of our world.
