For activists and devoties of life
Composting harmful habits
We live in a time of profound crises and radical changes – personal, societal, and global. Systemic violence, collaps, loss, and uncertainty are very present.
At the same time we collectively stand in a greater stream of creativity, potential, and loving solidarity among people and global movements defending justice, peace and the environment!
By honerring the right pacing we sustain our capacity to contribute long term, to what is dear to our hearts and what needs protection, engagement and systemic transformation.
We need a long breath.
"And because it is urgent and we are running out of time, we need to slow down in order to grow up."
Vanessa Machado de Oliviera
In working with activists, groups, and collectives on their journey, we reflect together the encounter of challenge, digest overwhelment and move towards aligning with the your core aims and soul prayers.
"We are being invited to fall on our knees now. Surrender is decoloniality. It's noticing that the world has an agency on it's own, an intelligence by it itself. And we need to do something about meeting it half way, instead to rain it in and comand fixed ideas of what the future might look like."

for socio-ecological initiatives & communities
Courage, silence, flow, humbleness
The path of ecological and justice initiatives and communities is never straight or easy.
In a world driven by the modern logic of painful exploitation of land and (first nation) people, we are dealing with longtime colonial rooted struggles. Alongside the much needed uprising, we need spaces that invite us also to step out of the intensity, to breathe in the space of deep regeneration, to be able to come back to alignment with purpose and life-affirming vision.
There is a request to become trustworthy humans in this time of profound cultural transition.
Challenges can be used as a gateway to deeper insight.
Profound change takes place not only through "achieving," painful moments that gift us with the necessary humility and appreciation for life, can serve as a compass for our actions in times of great disruptions.
Years of experience in community building and the engagement in crisis areas, thought me how helpful an eye, heart and hand from outside can be.

“The futures you dream of - regenerative, loving, alive - weren't stolen by systems built to betray life, but nurtured by communities daring to defy them. ”
